Refund and exchange requests
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please email info@volatvio.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and explain the available options.
Volatvio does not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind return or refund program. Requests outside your statutory rights are assessed individually and are not automatically approved.
Problems with a purchase
If a digital product cannot be accessed, or an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially not as described or not delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the issue and your rights, this may include assistance, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Physical books
Please contact us for the correct return instructions and address before sending a paperback. The business contact address listed below is not automatically the return destination. Do not send a book to a printer or fulfillment location unless we direct you there. A timely statutory cancellation notice is effective without waiting for our approval. You do not have to give a reason where the law allows cancellation without one.
Statutory cancellation and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where UK or EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving a physical book to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return it. We honor applicable refund deadlines and required delivery-cost refunds. We do not treat standard print-on-demand books as personalized merely because they are printed after an order.
For digital content, we rely on loss of an applicable withdrawal right only where immediate supply begins after the legally required express consent and acknowledgement, and other required conditions are met. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content remain. Australian statutory consumer guarantees and other mandatory local protections also remain available.
Please contact us about the appropriate return method and costs. We provide refunds and other remedies required by law even if a request falls outside a voluntary exception. Any additional express refund promise applicable to your order remains in effect.
